ANNUAL CHOIR SCHOOL CAMP
Established in 1980 and now in its 33rd year, St. John's holds it's own
Annual Choir Camp for one week during the summer.
The Choir School Camp uses the training scheme of the Royal School of Church Music, and consists of daily sessions for children and teens from grades two through college. It is open to those of all denominations, and offers an intensive week of learning and performing sacred choral music in the context of traditional Anglican liturgy. The school also provides games, arts and crafts, and other recreational activities. The week concludes with a Festal Evensong sung on the Friday evening of close.
The 2013 Annual Choir School Camp will be held from July 22-26, with the concluding Festal Evensong on Friday, July 26 at 5:15
pm.
